High-Temperature & Acid-Resistant FRP Core Rod
As a world-leading supplier of composite insulator components, we possess a comprehensive in-house production line for core rods. We offer core rod products that comply with power industry standards (DL/T) and mechanical industry standards (JB/T), including DL/T 1580-2021 "Technical specifications of core for AC and DC composite insulators" and JB/T 10944—2010 "Glass fiber reinforced pultruded profiles for electrical insulation - Core rods for composite insulators".
Meanwhile, our core rods fully meet the standard acceptance requirements for relevant composite insulators both domestically and internationally.

Excellent Mechanical Strength: Manufactured using high-performance ECR-glass (boron-free acid-resistant glass fiber) and modified epoxy resin via an advanced vacuum pultrusion process. Capable of withstanding axial tensile loads from 10kN to over 1000kN.
Superior Anti-brittle Fracture: Tested under strict acid corrosion and water diffusion conditions to prevent "brittle fracture" caused by interface water seepage. Designed service life exceeds 30 years.
Strict Compliance: Production and inspection strictly follow DL/T 1580 and IEC 62039-2021 standards, ensuring a dense internal structure without pores, cracks, or impurities.
Reliable Internal Insulation: High glass transition temperature (Tg) and excellent dielectric loss control. Nano-scale sealed connections effectively suppress partial discharge, ensuring electrical reliability under high and ultra-high voltage.
Primary Applications
Widely utilized in AC and DC transmission and distribution lines from 10kV to 1000kV. It serves as the central insulating component for composite suspension, tension, and post insulators, providing essential mechanical characteristics.
D28-D80mm: Suitable for Cross-arm Insulators | D28-D110mm: Suitable for Station Post Insulators
